  1. Place flour and salt in a bowl and add a bit of milk to it.
  2. Mix until you have no lumps.
  3. Add the egg and the rest of the milk.
  4. The dough will be baked in a fry pan with a little bit of oil as follows: ladle some dough into the hot fry pan.
  5. Make sure that the dough is thinly spread over the whole fry pan surface.
  6. Bake evenly until gold brown, turn over and bake the other side.
  7. Place on a cooling rack to cool off, cut into long thin pieces like spaghetti.
  8. Warm some beef broth, grate a carrot or two into the broth and let simmer until the carrots are tender.
  9. Place the crepe spaghetti into a soup bowl and ladle the warm/semi hot broth over it.
  10. Top the soup with some small pieces of parsley or chive.
