  1. Rinse the gutted trouts with cold water and dab dry with a paper towel.
  2. Season inside and outside of the trouts with pepper and salt.
  3. Spread soft butter on the inside of the trouts and stuff with a twig of thyme and rosemary.
  4. Generously grease the grill basket and outside of the trouts with corn oil.
  5. Pre-Heat the broiler (on setting 1).
  6. Put the trouts in the grill basket and place on broiler rack.
  7. Grill the first side for about 3 minutes, turn over and grill second side for another 2 minutes.
  8. Serve with butter lettuce, lemon sauce and baked potatoes.
