Hi.
I am newly join in this site. This site is very useful to others.Every ones like in eating sweets. Sweets for my sweet, sugar for my honey. Treat your kids to a delicious desert every day! Cakes, mousses, souffles, gulab jamun! They'll wait for dinner every night! Make sure they brush their teeth afterwards!! First I well try one sweet

THORE-A SINDHI SPECIALITY

INGREDIENTS
100 g maida (flour),1 tbsp. ghee,150 g sugar,Ghee for frying

METHOD
Add 1 tbsp. ghee to the maida and mix with your fingers until you form lumps. Now add a little water to make a dough. Roll the dough into little balls and make an indent in the center, as this takes longer to cook than the sides. Flatten them out a bit.Now fry on a low flame and turn only when one side has turned pinkish brown. Meanwhile, dissolve the sugar in just about enough water to make a thick syrup. Take it off the gas and add 1 tbsp. ghee in order to remove any impurities. Strain and dip the biscuits (fried balls of maida)in this syrup and let it soak for a while.
