Serve it with tortilla chips.
  1. Peel, pit and mash avocadoes in medium bowl.
  2. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  3. In separate bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, and taco seasoning.
  4. To assemble, spread bean dip on a large, shallow platter.
  5. Top with avocado mixture followed by a layer of sour cream and taco mixture.
  6. Sprinkle with chopped onions, seeded and chopped tomatoes, and chopped olives.
  7. Cover with shredded cheese.
